After a delicious starter, you can choose between 2 hot dishes crafted by Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin. These dishes are available on flights from Paris, Cayenne, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Saint-Denis of Reunion Island, the United States, and Canada.
Finish your meal with cheese and a delicious dessert, such as a vanilla chou craquelin or Paris-Brest, before enjoying coffee, tea, or a French digestif.

Depending on the time of your flight, a box filled with sweet and savory treats is also available for you to enjoy at your leisure.
