Security situation in the Near and Middle East.
Air France is monitoring the evolving situation in the region in real-time. Due to the security context at the destination and the closure of certain airspaces, the company is forced to extend the suspension of its flights:
• to and from Dubai and Riyadh until March 10, 2026 inclusive (i.e., until March 11, 2026 for flights departing from Dubai).
• to and from Tel Aviv and Beirut until March 11, 2026 inclusive.
We regret this situation and the inconvenience it causes our customers. All company teams are mobilized to assist them in this exceptional situation.
Customers affected by these flight cancellations are notified individually.
Commercial measures have been put in place allowing customers to postpone or cancel their trip free of charge, whether their flight is cancelled or not (see conditions below).
The resumption of our operations will remain subject to an assessment of the local situation, which is highly evolutive. This page will be regularly updated.
In addition, Air France is in contact with the French authorities to provide operational support for potential special repatriation flights organized by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE).
Air France reiterates that the safety of its customers and crews is its utmost priority.
In parallel, and in response to strong demand from Asia following massive flight cancellations by Middle Eastern airlines, Air France has been deploying larger capacity aircraft on its flights from Bangkok, Singapore, Delhi, Mumbai, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Phuket since March 4, 2026. The airline is also adding additional flights from Bangkok, Singapore, and Delhi. These measures will continue in the coming days, and Air France teams are working to extend them to other destinations.
